Hotel ok, o básico do básico. Nada no frigobar, se quiser algo para beber a noite, desça as escadas e peça na recepção. Nao tem elevador, e a vista para o parque é parcial, mas existe. A pia fica dentro do box, com uma tomada dentro do box (!?) Não tem toalha de rosto, nao tem toalha para colocar na saída do box, o que é um problema uma vez que toda vez que precisa acessar a pia, precisa molhar os pés.

Pior experiência de hospedagem que tive.

As imagens reproduzidas nas fotos do site não indicam a realidade das acomodações e do local. Banheiro com mofo, fita isolante no registro do chuveiro, falta de higiene em todos os ambientes, lençõis não estavam limpos, cama com cheiro de mofo e sujos, travesseiros com mofo e duros, sem maciez, cobertores não lavados com cheiro de mofo e suor. Condições gerais das acomodações do quarto sem higiene. Lampadas fracas, não iluminavam o quarto, cortinas com sujeira e mofo. Frigobar não funcionava e estava totalmente enferrujado, rede elétrica com fios aparecendo, somente uma tomada funcionava no quarto todo. São tantos problemas que devo até ter esquecido de relatar algum. Paguei duas noites de hospedagem, mas só ficamos uma noite porque chegamos tarde e não tinha como ir atrás de outro hotel durante a madrugada, no dia seguinte assim que amanheceu saímos do hotel e fomos para outro. Não recomendo o hotel de forma alguma, se tivesse estrelas negativas eu daria menos 10. Eu estava tão decepcionado com a experêincia que não tirei fotos e não via a hora de tirar a minha familia do local. Além disso, era nítido no semblante de outros hospedes a decepção de estar ali, não fomos os únicos a sair do hotel. Em resumo, o hotel deveria ser interditado.

Decepção total. Quarto pequeno, roupas de cama velhas e rasgadas, tivemos que solicitar toalhas na recepção, não tem toalha de rosto. Registro do banheiro dava choque. Ambiente sujo. Restaurante com moscas e sujo.

Fiquei impressionada com o desleixo deles! Tudo velho, caindo aos pedaços, armário de banheiro podre, pia solta, chuveiro cheio de fiação com cambiará , chuveiro dando choque, um verdadeiro perigo. Lençóis rasgados! A equipe deles é muito boa, localização maravilhosa em frente ao Beto Carreiro, mas deixou muito a desejar. Não volto mais lá e não indico para ninguém!

Cama horrorosa. Mofo na parede. Barulho de som na piscina ao lado dos quartos. Mais a cama é a pior que já fiquei em toda minha vida. Cama mola velha, afunda muito, faz barulho a noite toda. Café da manhã fraquíssimo.

Estadia justa

A estadia foi boa, tivemos um problema a noite, com o ar que nao funcionava, que foi solucionado com uma troca do de quarto, e outro problema com o ar pela manhã, que tambem foi solucionado. No geral, o hotel é razoavel, pelo preço, já que fica na frente do Beto Carrero e tem piscina e café da manha. O café da mamha é bom, mas tem que chegar no primeiro horario, pq falta as coisas quando enche muito. O ponto ruim mesmo é a seguranca, ja que o estacionamento é usado pra quem vai no parque e qlqr um tem acesso aos quartos, de forma facil.

Minha experiência foi muito ruim, a pia do nosso quarto era dentro do chuveiro, para usar a pia qualquer hora precisava entrar dentro do box, o chão ficava todo sujo, as molas do colchão dava para relar nelas.. o café da manhã era péssimo também.. pela localidade do hotel eu esperava muito mais.. tivemos que ir embora e procurar outro hotel para terminar o passeio na cidade.

Hotel com fachada razoavel, porem internamente muito velho e precario. Chegamos a noite apos ir no beto carrero. Nao tinha ninguem para ajudar com as malas, faltou agua nos banheiros para tomar banho. Hotel disponibilizou chave de outro quarto para utilizar o banheiro, porem sem sucesso pois o andar todo de cima estava sem agua. apos inficar o quarto de baixo para uso, onde tinha agua. Eu sugerir que eles transferissem nos para esse quarto, ja que tinha agua. eles concordaram porem ninguem veio ajudar a preparar o quarto novo. Nos hospedes tivemos que ir no outro quarto pegar roupa de cama, cobertores e travesseiros para o novo quarto. Resumindo pior estadia que passei em anos. Nao indico o local a ninguem e espero que eles reavaliem a estrutura, Lembrando eles cobram preço de hotel com otimas avaliações e o deles esta longe disso.
