"Lovely property, Comfortable room and courteous staff "

"Stunning hotel with just as stunning staff. I arrived at 2am and I was greeted with welcoming smile and cool peach tea. I was immediately taken to my room. The room was large with a big comfy bed and pillows - I slept like a baby. I was very well looked after by Mr Dokka the restaurant Manager ( who introduced me to various local dishes ) and two staff members , Puja and Abhishek who arranged for a 2am wake up call with a variety of pastures and fresh fruit for the next leg of my trip ( as I would miss my breakfast). 5 star service."

"The hotel was excellent! 1. It’s conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport. 2. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining easy. 3. The room was clean, and the staff were respectful and very helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it."

"Pleasant and attentive service from all staff (entrance and front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, etc.) made it a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We liked our previous stay (3 weeks prior to this one) so much that we chose to stay again here, prior to our return flight home. The buffet breakfast was a highlight and Chef Prasad and the entire team are the best there is. He made us feel very special and we will make this our base again in the future."

"Our stay was beyond fantastic and it wasn't because u upgraded us or whether u included BF and early check in. Of course, we appreciate every bit of it. What stood out is the proactive nature of everyone we met within Hilton and outside (car drives managed by Hilton). Prior to this I thought Trident in Mumbai set the standards. But in fact think u have surpassed them. Every one has made a great impact while we were there. Aaryan and Shivam as we checked in Annamma who was our housekeeper. Hussein who was the driver we had Arun the chef and many more who I can't remember the names. Each and everyone was impeccable and even that is an understatement. There is no other place I will stay in Bangalore and possibly elsewhere where possible. Thank u very much for all u are and kudos to the Hilton management for being able to imbibe such vibes. "
