We enjoyed the stay and the staff was very good. The toilet in our room was stinking badly. Apart from that everything else was damn good. We enjoyed the stay.

Stay at Angsana
I booked Angsana because of the lovely setting of the resort. I’m disappointed with how the resort is maintained with shower drains being clogged, no hand towels in the bathroom. Also, no power plugs for US or UK standards. These are easily fixable and it can be a great resort, staff can be better trained.
Stay was a compulsion given I had booked not knowing enough… rooms are bad an stinky…washroom was super unclean, food quality is pathetic and staff is too slow to respond… ask for anything at it never comes up at the restaurant and at reception during check out 2 ladies just didn’t know there job and were snail paced. All guests were hassled at the checkout
Dark everywhere,
Staff miss called in the mid night.

Sofa in the room had some old stains. Service at the restaurant was poor. Overall the property has deteriorated since we were last there about 4 or 5 years ago.
This hotel is in serious need of a full renovation. All rooms are outdated and in jaded condition. Bed and bath amenities are pathetic, we didn't use their towels and bed was very uncomfortable. Spa is in serious need of an overhaul.
The staff is excellent, very good service.
Not at all recommended for disabled folks.
Photos of the property are deceiving.
Check-in / check-out process was very smooth, very courteous staff, very comfortable throughout the stay. The only con i would say is the food is not that great, its manageable but can be a lot better.
I took my parents on a long weekend to Angsana Bangalore, and overall we have a good relaxing experience in the resort and the spa as well. I would recommend this resort for a short stay for anyone wanting a easy access location less than an hour's drive from Central Bangalore

everything including internet is extra costs. staff is not trained to look even at the "do not disturb sign" before ringing your door bell. The ayurvedic massages are good - but you need to book really early as the capacity is very limited. Buffet lunch and dinner are horrible both from taste and price perspective. Hotel rooms need a refurbish

Has seen better days. Food service if you are not on a package is bad. The only restaurant did not serve a la carte. One had to order room service. Food was not up to the mark for a property which calls itself 5 star. Room had mosquitos.
This is a Great Deal More a Conference Venue rather than a hotel. Excellent facilities for Conference Delegates but not for hotel guests. On our 2nd night (Monday 16/2) the Buffet Restaurant and the Brasserie were closed with no notification to us and a single traveller where we should eat.The venue very isolated so eventually told that we could have a bar meal.Metered taxis were not available to Airport and had to pay double with a private car/drive@IR 1,400.Fine if you want spa/pool but not a convenient stop for Airport.

Disliked: Staff & service
Worst experience in this hotel .
The attitude of hotel staff is pathetic . During our stay , the staff was not bothered at all for services. The morning break fast gets over by 8 am and there is no refill available. For the money they charge , its worst then government guest houses .
