We booked this hotel with not much expectations as we needed a place to stay while waiting for the last leg of our flight to our destination. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice; the staff was accommodating; the breakfast was delicious. The value offered for the price was very good. Istanbul is definitely lacking customer service in many places and this place was not one of those.

We had a really good stay. The hotel was very nice, and the room was spacious and well suited for families. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location was also very practical, just a few kilometers from the airport, making it easy to get to and from. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special and could have been better. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed. The room layout was excellent, with the bedroom separated from the living area, and the living room even had its own climate control. The bathroom was beautiful and included a bidet, which was a great touch. The staff was amazing—very attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. The property also has a great indoor pool, gym, and a full spa on-site. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect, right next to Viaport Shopping Center. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

A nice hotel near the airport. I didn't really use any amenities as I was there for a layover, but the room service was good, the room clean and they had bathrobes. I only had coffee from the buffet but it looked nice. Ali, Tatyana and Can were really helpful with my checkout and some final travel details.
