Great service from Mehmet who went the extra mile to answer our questions, give us directions and suggest places to eat or tours to do. It's quiet and safe which outweighs the lack of any views.

Small home like motel with excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was walking distance to all the signs such as The Blue Mosque and Haggis Sofia. Shopping was convenient and many restaurants nearby. It was difficult to locate due to not have a sign but the locals helped us find it at 2 am.

The hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants in the heart of Istanbul’s old town, making communication easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast featured traditional Turkish dishes, and the price was competitive. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at this charming small hotel.

Outstanding Hotel

This place was truly a joy at which to stay. It was comfortable, quiet, in an extremely convenient location (right around the corner from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia), and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I will stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul. Especially helpful and kind was Memet!

A very nice hotel to stay in Istanbul

Definitely I’ll stay there next time I go to Istambul. The hotel is in a perfect area close to Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Sultanahmet Square where you can take The Tran and go to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and nice. The receptionist Mehmet and Yessi very friendly, nice and helpers.

It is a tiny hotel with very small rooms and bathrooms, which is very common in Istanbul because millions of people live in limited space. Building is quite old, which is also common but kept quite clean. Free breakfast is minimalist but adequate. Hotel manager is very welcoming and very helpful. He arranged round-trip transport from airport to hotel (about 1 hour drive) for a reasonable price.

Location was amazing. Room was smaller but the location makes up for it. The staff was helpful with tours and transportation to and from the airport. During July 2024 there were power outages in the entire area. Nothing the staff could have done but they did make sure everything was good. That was an istanbul issue and not the hotel.

The property is located near the museum that we planned to tour . We walked to all 4 main museums that are a must to see. It is also quiet at night you can have a good night rest. The employees are helpful, accommodating and very professional. I would advise anyone to-use the ride they offer to the airport. We were advised to be at the airport 3 hrs ahead. Found out there are multiple check points at the airport. Thank you Mehmet for reaching out and also his colleagues for making our stay very comfortable.

Very friendly staff and good location. Only 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. Spacious room. However, Rooms are over priced for the basic room setup. My washroom was tiny and i banged my head getting up from toilet. My room floor was tile and very cold. No carpet in the room. In fairness i stayed in the most economy room. I would highly recommend to add some floor carpet in that room. Breakfast was below average. Other rooms were spacious with kitchen, Good for the family. Would stay there again but not in the same room. Hotel is walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Sultan Ahmet etc. Owner is very friendly and nice person. Hotel is clean.

Bathroom was too congested/small in size. Secondly no daily cleaning. Thirdly if u asked for any suggestion from the Hotel staff, the suggestion was never right, it was skewed with them getting commision from that restaurant. So for example asking to get the airport taxi booked for you and asking more than double for one way, although got it booked for less.Than asked for good restaurant with good food, the one he suggested, the cost was exorbitant, n not much options, so we left that restaurant and searched ourselves and found a very reasonable TURGUT RESTAURANT WHOSE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT and tasty and reasonably priced.

The best about the place is the location! Absolutely perfectly located 1 minute from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Staff is very friendly and room is spacious, quiet and clean. I would probably recommend any other room than the economy room which we had as it doesn’t have a window and gets very damp inside. Hence the bathroom (especially the sink) is covered in black mold. The toilet seat was held onto the toilet by one screw and the lid would not stay up. In the shower the switch between the taps was broken. One had to wiggle it to change between taps. Be aware that they’d charge you if you dirtied their towels. I requested trying to wash it first as I knew that the mascara would come off. So far I didn’t get charged anything. Just bring your own tiny towel or pads to avoid make up stains. The room would have been absolutely great for our 2 nights stay if there had not been the bathroom issues. For 2 nights it was alright but I wouldn’t stay longer in that eco room. In any other room absolutely! Bed was very comfortable but the blanket is very thin. It’s just a thin linen. It got a bit chilled at night. so being warmer sleeping clothes. WiFi is fine. Breakfast was great (eggs, ham/cheese, veggies, olives, dips, cereal, pancakes, bread, cake and croissant) Recommended but maybe not in the economy room if you stay longer.

The location was in the center of historic sites and with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The manager on site was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The property however needs work to bring to standard. Bathroom caulking around the shower and sink has visible signs of molds. Electricity went out twice during our stay.
