Clean hotel. Bring earplugs because walls can be thin (can hear hallway noises a bit) and traffic may be loud. The call to prayer may wake you up too. If you booked a single room, ask for a room with a window. Air-con is slow to work. But otherwise, the hotel is clean, appears new, and the single room is pretty spacious. Staff is very nice. Expect to bring your own luggage into the elevator, but that is to be expected for a smaller, less luxurious hotel. If you didn’t buy for breakfast when you book online, it’s 10€ for breakfast if you pay in-person. Easy to take a taxi from the airport (make sure you have the address handy!!!!). Overall, a great transit hotel for overnight stay. About 15 min away from airport. It should cost about 350-600 Turkish liras to get to hotel from IST using a metered taxi , depending on route and traffic. Make sure your phone navigation is working and the taxi is going in the right direction. My taxi was going in the opposite direction and I corrected him a few minutes into the trip.

It is a good hotel, but it's so far if you want to go to downtown, however it's 18 minutes if you want to go to Istanbul airport.

This was a great place to stay when catching a flight at the Istanbul Airport....just a quick 15min. Taxi to the airport for a clean and comfortable room for what i thought was a too good to be true price! We traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids and had a family room which was perfect!

The AC was not functional despite changing 4 room in the night. The staff was helpful but not able to do anything. I am not sure what was going on. They must know that there are certain rooms where the AC does not work! In the last room we were in the flush did not work, so we were given access to yet another room for toilet. Will not stay here again and won't recommend it.

Receptionist was not polite and offered to downgrade our room as soon as we arrived. He kept insisting to change the room as to the room I booked saying the original room was making too much noise from the air conditioning as many customers have made complaints. If that's the case why was this issue not been solved already? I asked him why and his facial expression wasn't too happy. He insisted that if I wanted the room I originally booked and his answer was " don't complain the next day"! He acted like he's doing me a favour for changing our room from a noisy room to a less noisy room.He attitude and manner was absolutely very unprofessional.

The staff for very polite and helpful, I give them 5 stars. You have feeling that you are in the middle of nowhere, but this because it is not in Istanbul, but in suburb which is part of Istanbul metro area. The hotel itself is OK, new one, and very convenient if you have long layover in Istanbul Airport because it is only 15 minutes drive to the terminal, which is nothing for Istanbul metropolis, so by choosing it you avoid stress that you could be stuck in traffic jam.

While the staff seemed to be very kind and tried to be helpful, a lot was lost in translation. Not all the staff were fluent in English. We changed rooms 3 times due to the heat not working. The hotel appeared new and proximity to the airport was a plus. We arranged our own ride to the airport, at a fraction of the cost of what they offered. The breakfast was included, but as we checked out, I think we were asked to pay. All staff were extremely helpful, I think it just needs better overall management. Probably would go with a bigger more established hotel next time if we need an airport stay over.

The location is very ghetto. The A/C was not working. The only positive thing in this property is that the staff was extremely pleasant and wanted to help at all costs.
