"Arkadaşım ile 1 gece kalmamız gerektiği için gidip bu hotel muhattap olmak zorunda kaldık. 1 saat önce yaptığımız rezervasyon ile otele gittik. Arkadaşım pasaportunu yanına almaya unutmuş. Resmini telefonunda saklıyor. 'Kusura bakmayın' yardımcı olamayız. Para iadesi? 'Kusura bakmayın sigortalı yaptırmamışsınız'. ..."
