Favara Apartment Holiday Home with Private Pool, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning
Located just 8 km from the Santa Maria del Focallo beach in Ispica, Sicily, Favara Apartment is a 180 m² holiday home accommodating up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen; 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two rooms have queen-size beds, while the third can be arranged with a double and a single bed or 2-3 singles. The first-floor annexe offers a standard double bedroom, kitchen with dining table and sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, and step-free access.
The private heated pool measures 20x9 meters, is 1.2 meters deep, heated by solar panels, and open from April to October. The pool area features a large sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and relaxation zones. Enjoy the private 400 m² garden on two levels connected by steps, surrounded by a 3-meter-high laurel hedge. Outside, you’ll find a private barbecue, open terrace, and outdoor shower. Two e-bikes are available.
On-site shared parking for 5 cars, bike storage, and shared gym. Events are not permitted. Beach towels included. Security camera at the main gate for your safety.
The agritourism complex offers 2 tennis courts, 2 padel courts, and a small gym with qualified instructors. The villa ensures privacy and independence. Airport shuttle, cleaning, and car rental services are available for an extra fee.
