We came to Toronto to celebrate our Anniversary at the Raptors game on the sunday. We came in on the Saturday and stayed until Monday. The first room we were in had no heat. I went to the front desk and they changed our room on the Sunday with a free upgrade which was so sweet. I was very grateful for that. Very friendly staff. So nice and always smiling. Location is great walking distance to so many things. Eaton center was 5minute walk away. Great location for food. Every corner you looked there was food options. That was so good. Overall I would give it at 8/10\. Its an older hotel but has charm to it. Hearing sirens throughout the night was annoying but i cant blame the hotel. First time to Toronto so I was not yse to that. This is a great hotel if you are looking or entertainment near by.
