Wander to the marina to enjoy views, low-country wildlife, waterfront dining, and a boat ramp. Experience outdoor living with a screened porch that features comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to for your morning coffee or your favorite drink at the end of the day.

Inside this beautiful decorated condo you will find a mix of modern and coastal decor. The open concept layout creates a welcoming space for up to 6 guests or 4 adults. A fully equipped kitchen, adequate seating for dining, and spacious living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks, rain shower, and a large closet. The second bedroom includes a twin over full sized bunk bed. There is also a trundle for additional sleeping accommodation. Rest peacefully in these cozy bedrooms before heading out for another day of exploration.

Located in the gated community of Wild Dunes, home to South Carolina's best golf courses. Enjoy 36 holes of rolling fairways and waterfront holes at Harbor Course and Links Course. Wild Dunes has miles of bike paths, beautiful beaches, and select restaurants/ shops. Just a 12-minute stroll to the ocean.

The property was extremely clean and well kept, and we enjoyed the pool, bike paths, and boardwalk along the docks. We loved sitting out on the screened in porch, and it was nice being a 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to the beach. IOP has some great restaurants that are within 10 to 20 minutes.

Very nice property, quick response to very small repair that didn’t HAVE to be addressed but appreciated. Only issue is that we couldn’t walk to the beach from the condo, especially with a 3 year old. The walk was 15 minutes from where you could find a parking spot on the beach road, which wasn’t terribly difficult if you picked the right time to go. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless.
