Great place to stay

Nice, clean, safe, and fun place to stay. Within walking distance to most restaurants and shops. We would have preferred the pool staying open a little later in that it closes at 10, however it is well maintained and never overly crowded. The property was nice, clean, comfortable and well stocked including beach chairs. We will definitely stay here again.

We seldom stay at the same property twice but we have stayed here multiple times. Its a great location, incredible views and convenient to everything! My kids always laugh when we walk in and I say welcome home!!!!

The best location!

We love our week at IOP and this condo was perfect! It had everything we needed and was the best location! Right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants! The only downside was our 9 year old was too loud in the pool (per the noise ordinance apparently) at 9pm. But otherwise, everything was great!

Absolute Perfection

This was a last minute getaway, as a gift for my mom before she began chemo. She wanted to visit Charleston & the beach. We were so fortunate this property was available. The location allowed us to visit Charleston during the day & enjoy the view of the beautiful beach. The property felt so welcoming & was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We are already planning our return trip to celebrate the completion of her treatment.

Spectacular Ocean Front

We were on the waterfront great few, able to see my family from our condo patio. Condo was clean, roomy accomodated 6 adults, 2 teens and a baby. Very modern decor clean kitchen bar dining areas. We will definitely return to this cond and strongly recommend. Can’t say enough about Location and amenities. Strongly recommend. One thing would recommend 2 sets of towels per bedrooms. Thank you hope to see you again soon.

Great location. The only issue we had was the dirty floors. We had a crawling baby and his hands, legs and tops of his feet stayed black from floors that had not been mopped. This began the day we moved in, so it wasn’t dirt that we tracked in. The rest of the condo was very clean

915 Ocean Blvd Isle of Palms SC

Great location and great unit, however it is need of attention. The pool was green, the hot tub stopped working, the utility sinks offered no water, there was mold in the island ice maker, there were small silverfish like creatures in two of the bathrooms, one bathroom water pressure was very low and two bathrooms smelled musty and damp. The issues may be because the unit was not adequately prepared as the original ocean front we booked was unavailable due to delayed remodel. This unit was across the street from the ocean and the view was blocked by ocean front homes. Beware of remodels. IOP Escapes will relocate you or offer a refund. In our case, due to flight and travel plans, a refund and/or cancellation was not feasible. We stayed the last two weeks of February.
