Beyond the kitchen is the living and dining area which offers a new wine bar, complete with an under counter cooler. The dining area offers seating for four while the living room boasts a 65" large flat-screen TV with Blue Ray, and DVD and direct access to the porch with lovely ocean and pool views! Also downstairs is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a 32” flat screen television, a bath (with a hairdryer!) shared with the hall, and a laundry room.
The master suite upstairs offers a king bed, 32” LCD flat screen television, a private bath (with a hairdryer!) There is covered parking underneath and access to a community pool.

This is a second floor unit with two flights of stairs to the front door. WiFi. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
