The last bedroom is on the ground floor, the rest of the house is elevated, as is the style of most of the beach houses on IOP. There's an elevator that goes from the lower, ground floor bedroom up to the main house, which is very cool and the kids loved. Everything was comfortable and clean. We loved the stay! Beautiful home, just as described and had everything we needed.
