Beautiful 3rd floor oceanfront condo with a private fishing pier

  • Recently refreshed and thoughtfully appointed, this inviting condo offers the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway. The comfortable living area opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and beautiful coastal views throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for effortless vacation dining and includes both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig to suit every coffee lover. A clean, updated bathroom and welcoming living spaces create a comfortable home base for enjoying all that the beach has to offer.

    Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.
