Back Bay #11 - Elevated 2nd floor townhouse located at Back Bay 11 on Folly Beach. The clean and stylish property boasts two balconies, views of a tidal marsh and is only a short walk to Center Street and the beach. The main living area has open flow between the kitchen and living room with a queen bedroom and full bath located on the main floor. 2nd floor- Master bedroom has a king bed with attached bathroom tub/shower combo and a screened in porch off the master. The third bedroom (also on 2nd floor) includes a queen size bed. There is a crib located in the master bedroom walk in closet. Crib sheets are not provided. There is a baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. There is a propane gas grill located on the exterior ground level. The townhouse is equipped with a washer/dryer.
PARKING: There is parking for 1-2 cars inside the garage. There are two open spaces for the whole neighborhood to the left of the garage. They are not assigned or designated and first come, first serve. There is also open parking at the entrance of the neighborhood alongside the garden. You may parallel park along the south side of Michigan Ave. Parking on the streets and sidewalks in Back Bay is not permitted as this impedes access to the units. More importantly this may impede emergency vehicles getting to a unit in an emergency. All Tires must be off the pavement.
There is no pool access at this townhouse.

This property offers the best of both worlds, proximity to Charleston, walkable to restaurants and beach but a quiet, peaceful location. Spacious and well equipped, our family enjoyed the space and the comforts of this house.
We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely return! Adorable home, clean, plenty of dishes available for cooking, in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved staying here. Everything was super clean and so close to the beach! Didn’t hear any noise at night and we loved having the screened in porches!! No bugs so our babies could crawl around freely!! Definitely would stay here again!
The townhouse was perfect for our annual friends weekend with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space plus come together to cook dinner together and eat and catch up. It is a beautiful townhouse and beautiful weekend friend’s of 50 years!

This townhouse was super comfortable and accommodating! Large garage that fit 2 cars, outside shower, comfy beds and lots of pillows and blankets. A nice assortment of dishes, glasses, cooking appliances. Will come again!
This property was beautifully maintained and had a fully stocked kitchen. It was so comfortable for our family. We had 4-6 people there at a time and there was plenty of space. It was a close walk to the town and beach. I would highly recommend it to others. The management was very prompt with their responses as well.
Location is super close to restaurants and beach! Blocks away. And, just a short drive into Charleston. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms perfect set-up. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a stellar stay. Just have to be able to do stairs. No beach chairs included but easy to rent at beach. Quiet neighborhood. Nab this rental if it’s available!!!
Super clean, well appointed townhouse. Spent a great deal of our evenings on the screened porch talking and enjoying a glass or two of wine and planning the next day's adventures. A lot of stairs both inside and out but we expected them so be aware. Although the beach and restaurants are within walking distance it was a little farther than anticipated but still manageable. All in all it was a great experience and would highly recommend.
One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at! The home has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is STOCKED, there are plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, fans, etc. The decor is on point. It feels like the homeowners & the rental agency really care about you stay and want you to be as comfortable as possible. The garage is a nice bonus keeping your car out of the sun. The screened in patios were awesome! So great, I took a nap out there. The location is super quiet yet convenient to beach, shopping & restaurants. The communication with the rental agency is fast & super friendly. The bedrooms are spacious. The home is very well maintained. Super clean & tidy. We will definitely be back!
I have family that have homes on the island. I've come to Folly since I was a child for summers. Now that our family has grown I've had to rent a place every year for myself, my children and grandson because we've outgrown the two family homes at Folly. This place was the favorite of myself and my kids this far. Our goal will be to stay in future years. The bedrooms have ample space, the beds don't overwhelm the size of the room and they are so comfy. Most places we've stayed, the bedrooms are crammed to make the most out of space but not the case with this home. Clean, convenient and very well stocked.
The kitchen was exceptionally stocked, I normally struggle with other rental homes having the conveniences of my home kitchen...not the case here. Everything I needed and wanted was provided. Absolutely perfect and such a great price for the accomodations.
Really enjoyed our time here. Wish we could have been here more but we had events to attend. Close to beach and numerous restaurants. description accurate. if you have an older person be aware there are lots of stairs. one flight to the main level which has a master bedroom and bath (and kitchen/den area). but if you have more than one there is another flight to the other bedrooms. No big deal for us as our person that can't climb too many steps stayed on level one. well stocked bathrooms with lots of towels. didn't cook at all but seems like the kitchen was well stocked as well. indoor garage was large enough for our 2 cars (one being a long SUV) 3 small cars could easily fit. Good communication with agent too.
I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this one is the best. It’s a newer built home and neighborhood. It’s about 5 blocks (easy walk) from the beach but it’s away from the traffic and noise. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Whoever does their house keeping does an excellent job. The place is spotless! The furniture is in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice dishes, pans, and anything else you need to prepare dinner. Being able to park in the garage and keeping our vehicle out of the hot Carolina sun was a huge bonus. There is an outer door shower to clean off the sand. At the end of our stay we only had to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No stripping the beds, no lugging garbage to the dumpster, no sweeping the floor, etc… I’d stay here again!
