The whole hotel is immaculately clean, every member of staff is friendly, knowledgable,courteous and helpful. Good location and friendly staff except for the men on reception. hotel needs lots of maintenance in rooms and spa area very tired. Food ok but cold if you didn’t go in at start of service and very limited choice.
