"It was just a one night stopover but parking was fine and the Hotel really quiet. Our room did not have a bedside light and the quilt was not warm enough but it was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Crown which is perfectly situated on the edge of the town centre, but still remarkably quiet even on the Saturday night. The room was very nicely decorated with a very clean and well appointed ensuite shower room. We did not eat in the hotel apart from breakfast but the menu looked good. Highly recommended"

"We were greeted by friendly and professional staff, who assisted us with our luggage and accompanied us to our room. The room was clean and quiet. It was well supplied with refreshments and a hand-written welcome note. The bed was comfortable, quite firm but not hard. Dinner was excellent! There was a very good choice, each dish was delicious and service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast too was very good and well prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again."
