Was okay, not a 5*- more like 3-5*.
Cut my hand significantly and all the reception would give is a plaster and not a bandage during the night.
Breakfast was good.
Pool lovely.
But the service one would expect isn’t of 5*.

After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!
