"Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist genial, das Essen zu 95% lecker! Der Pool mit der Pool Bar - spitze! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt (trotz eines ständig überfluteten Bades dank einer viel zu kurzen Duschabtrennung. Manchmal kam auch einfach kein warmes Wasser. Leider war unter den Betten viel Schmutz, ansonsten waren die Zimmer sauber). Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen :)"

"Guests are rude. Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal. Food the same every day, not a great standard. Very limited drinks, often only water available. Sun beds always available - a huge bonus! Water park is great fun - water very cold."

After my complaint the next day they give us the room we wanted. The food was very bad, inside the restaurant without air condition, the swimming pool with dirty water. "Отель оправдывает три звезды, хороший чистый номер, мало ставили принадлежностей для душа, 3 раза только. В номерах интернет платный, бесплатный в лобби, но сигнал слабый. Питание - голодным не останешься, вкусное мясо, но было очень мало рыбы - 2 раза только давали, палтус был на 10 баллов. Бассейн маленький, при полной загрузке отеля, не представляю как в нем купаться. В баре готовили вкусные алкогольные коктейли. К морю надо спуститься по лестнице, но это не напрягает. Пляж широкий, лежаков...
