"Отель оправдывает три звезды, хороший чистый номер, мало ставили принадлежностей для душа, 3 раза только. В номерах интернет платный, бесплатный в лобби, но сигнал слабый. Питание - голодным не останешься, вкусное мясо, но было очень мало рыбы - 2 раза только давали, палтус был на 10 баллов. Бассейн маленький, при полной загрузке отеля, не представляю как в нем купаться. В баре готовили вкусные алкогольные коктейли. К морю надо спуститься по лестнице, но это не напрягает. Пляж широкий, лежаков...

"Like all out stay in this hotel was disappointed. The parking was payd-20lv.per day without free places even if we pay. The room they gave us didn’t corresponded with this I booked. After my complaint the next day they give us the room we wanted. The food was very bad, inside the restaurant without air condition, the swimming pool with dirty water. "This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6. The food is horrible , no service at all, 7. All the staff is Ukrainian , and they do not speak Bulgarian or English. 8. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms at the lobbies. I have pictures upon request. This is not even 1 star resort."
