"This is a beautiful property just close enough to town to be convenient but in a quiet wooded neighborhood with view of the mountain! We were a group of 5 old ladies who were college roommates so we each had a bedroom and bath. This was the perfect Girls' getaway! I can't say enough about the excellent communication with the River Ridge folks. Texts were answered within minutes. We had no problems but wondered about operation of the fire table since there was a county fire ban in place. Nice towels provided for the outdoor large hot tub. Again, not sure how this could have been better. There was even a Keurig along with a walk-in pantry full of serving items and appliances! The City Market is about a 5-minute drive and has any grocery items you may need."

It was a great location - a short walk to hiking trails and the Rec Center where we enjoyed playing tennis. We’d love to stay here again next time we visit Breckenridge!!"

"We were very pleased with the value of the property. We were there on a hiking trip and the property served us very well. The hot tub / pool was perfect for recovery after the hikes. The property manager on site was very helpful as well as the communication with the property management company. Check in was easy as well as check out. The unit is a little older and shows but was clean and everything worked as it should have. The price was very reasonable for the amount of space and was quiet, could not hear the neighbors at all in the joining units. It is walkable to town just a little further than expected and after the hikes we preferred the inexpensive parking right in town. We would stay here again!"
