"Layover spot was quick walk from terminals and Sky City shops and dining. Staff was efficient but hard to find at times since bar area shared same counter with check in. Breakfast buffet was excellent both in terms of food quality and hours! Was thrilled to grab morning meal there before 6:05 a.m. departure."

"Quick walk from arrival area, up one floor to reception with welcoming desk staff. Bit of a long stroll to modest room but comfy beds and heated tile in (dated) bathroom provided nice opportunity to rest after 11 hour journey. Breakfast included with Expedia booking and it was fabulous! Fresh fruit, veggies and dairy such as yogurt plus delicious hot items, bakery and various juices, teas and coffee. Thanks!!"

"After a long Trans-Atlantic flight, the last thing you want is to figure out the complicated light switches in a hotel room ( Junior Suite). The ones by the entrance door were not working at all. If they cannot offer room tours to customers in a 300+ rooms hotel, they should at least post a list with brief instructions on the wall. Even the hotel employee who came over to " help" was not sure how to operate the 20 light switches and modes. It was a bad start in an otherwise ok hotel. Breakfast was really nice and the bed was comfortable. High quality bed sheets. The amenities were excellent, but some employees were not so hospitable."
