"The rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland! "

"What a great place to stay! Quite, clean, and inviting. This may sound weird, but the shower pressure was amazing and the best shower I had on this trip, lol. Breakfast was very simple and good. Would stay again! "

"Nice place however the hall ways needs a good clean. Smell of cigarette in the hall way stained carpets. Rooms are clean and well maintained"

"The Waverley Inn has easy walk ability to the museum and dining opportunities. We had fish and chips at the Mallard which were delicious. Parking was easily available."
