A wonderful Scottish welcome
Brilliant stay, every person we came into contact with were cheerful, dealt with our enquiry in a professional manner and made us feel that our stay was appreciated by them.breakfast was excellent as was our evening meal.we all slept really well in the comfortable beds.
Lovely property! Staff is very attentive and the food is definately 5 star! If you have mobility issues please be aware - no lift and no rooms on the ground floor. That said, staff helped with my bags.
Charming hotel in a beautiful town.
Friendly staff. Eva was specially accommodating, she even communicated with us in spanish.
My wife and I would recommend this hotel highly.
I only had a late night arrival and early morning exit, but they accommodated my late arrival and the bar was well put together and relaxing for a drink after a long travel day. Even with the quick turn around the Inn and beautiful town of Inveraray left me wishing I had more time to spend there.
Room pretty average, but adequate. Breakfast very nice. Need to ditch the artificial flowers and splash out on fresh flowers, would make a huge difference..
We had a really lovely stay in our 3 rooms very comfortable and extremely helpful and friendly staff.Recommend my kipper for breakfast.very kind and helpful to dogs !

Beautiful hotel
Comfortable and clean room with plenty of coffee and some biscuits also had a great view across the loch Staff were friendly
Only issues we had was WiFi did not work and phone only had 3G so could not use internet or watch Netflix
Also bathroom drains seemed to be blocked as shower drain was backing up and also bathroom had a drain smell
The Inn is very close to the town and the castle. Being very old there is no lift and a bit of a ‘rabbit warren’ to get to room. Our room was quite small, although my son had a very large room, but it was another very unsuitable set of stairs above ours. A very pretty town and loved the castle.
We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Our only problem was that we were next to noisy children. They were yelling , screaming, slamming doors and running up and down halls during the day and until 12 midnight. I couldn’t sleep. Called front desk, but no reply.

I paid £ 200 for one night double room without breakfast and was given a very small room with no view. My wife is disabled and as there is no lift we had to climb a steep staircase and then walk to the furthest part of the hotel only to find a tiny room.
To be fair the accomodation was clean and the shower was excellent but the building is dated.

Poor value. Most expensive hotel (of many) we stayed in during our visit to the UK and finished at or near the bottom of the list in almost every regard. The hotel's staff was excellent in our interactions with them, however. Would not be very recommendable to anyone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs and no lift (elevator) so heavy luggage must be carried up stairs. Staff does offer to help with that, however. The carpet was old and dirty and hair was left in the bathroom making things feel somewhat unclean. The bathroom was very small and the room was small. I ordered and ate a pizza there which was not very good and another very poor value. The old building is interesting but could definitely use some updating. The location is great. Nothing lived up to the expense of the hotel and the price of rooms must be determined solely by location and lack of competition. I was happy I shortened my stay to one night instead of two. Its good location made it easy to get around town and to Inverary Castle. We stayed at an inn in a nearby town for 1/3 the price that excelled in all that this hotel failed at.
