"Overall the apartment was very clean, although showing some wear. The biggest issue I experienced was the HVAC not cooling adequately. When turning down the temp at night, the AC struggled, seemed to be switching on/off constantly and remained a few degree hotter than what we placed on 'hold', and took a very long time to get there.
