"Our Grandchildren had a ball. Staff was wonderful. Everything ran on time. Everything was neat and clean. The only down side was the breakfast. It was pretty awful. Biscuits were to hard to eat, sausage patties appeared to have been reheated or something (but they were inedible), and the gravy was awful. Pretty much ate cereal, so when paying over $70 for 3 adults, it was definately not worth it. But otherwise everything was terrific and we will go back, just bringing our own box of cereal. Thank you. "

"The Westgate Palace Hotel was a lovely place to stay, and I believe it is suitable for both couples and families. We had a wonderful experience. Me and my daughter. In my perspective, it is more of a family-oriented hotel than a party hotel."

"My building didn't have an elevator so I had to either use the elevator in the other building and walk over (which I didn't like becasue I was by myself and further away from the pool crowd) or I had to carry my luggage up stairs. Everything else was great and I would book here again."
