"Great choice if you'd like to stay in the Old Town. 10 minute stroll downhill to the best beach, Poniente. Buses stop in the main Street which is around 2 minutes away. Those buses will take you to Centro, Bus station, Tram station, Finestrat... The hotel is spacious. An array of lifts that may confuse you as they only take you to very specific floors. There's an auto laundry, a rarity to have in a Benidorm hotel. A gym. An indoor pool plus the outdoor version. My room was clean and well decorated. The carpets need replacing. The old style tub chairs in the main lounge need replacing. The duo of dining rooms are clean, well lit and noisy. Some acoustic panelling would be of benefit. On the subject of dining : you won't go hungry. The stews and cutlets of meat are tender and delicious. Vegetables are few, although salad is always available. The bread rolls are the freshest I've ever had in a hotel of this size in Beni! I'd stay here again, but would book breakfast only for more of what I'd like to eat rather than take what was on offer."

"The place has stunning views, check-in was effortless, the unit was immaculately clean, situated in a wonderful quiet area, near restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a private hospital. No one goes on vacation expecting to become ill; but this was the case of one of our party members the management office was incredibly helpful in accommodating my family for a couple of extra days which helped us to focus on the medical situation. Absolutely recommend this place which, offers more than one expects. Will definitely return!"

"I stayed at the Gran Bali hotel to attend The Alocubano Salsa event, that was being held there. The hotel was good, my room was a twin which i was unsure about on arrival as the room was very warm. Once the aircon was adjusted i enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and very spacious being the end room i also had huge window space and amazing views. The staff were helpful, i had asked the reception to send maintenance to investigate a bird noises i thought were in aircon unit. The engineer came to the room within an hour. I had booked a full board stay, the food was adequate, some nights better than others. There always plenty to eat, and a fair amount of choice if youre vegetarian or a meat eater. Im not vegan so im not sure if that was good. The hotel was big, the lifts were always in use but slow cause the amount of ppl staying. "
