"The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center. It was nice to be able to walk over. Every person we spoke with was great. Got the feeling they just wanted to make our stay fabulous. The room was ok. It was the smallest bathroom without a vent fan. I like a hot shower and without a fan it’s very steamy for a long time. Was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel as if I would catch a disease. Could have been cleaner. The sink had cracks in it. The pool area is lacking. No restroom near by. Overall lack luster. "

"The gentleman at the front counter was super friendly and courteous. Check-in at 2:30am was fast and easy. I was only there for 4 hours, but my room was extremely clean, and cool when I walked in, which was great since the temps outside are scorching! The bed was comfy, with lots of pillows, and everything was very clean. Fridge and hairdryer worked great (the only amenities I used), too! Breakfast was somewhat limited, but served my needs, and the employee serving it was exceptionally pleasant and engaging for someone who gets up at 4am everyday (she shared that). 😁 Checkout text makes the process very easy and eliminates having to stop at the front desk. Overall a great, short stay, and I would absolutely stay here again!"
