Der zur Wohnung gehörige Parkplatz war leider durch einen Berg Rindenmulch schlecht befahrbar. Die überwuchernden Grünpflanzen ließen die Parkplatzbegrenzungen, der nicht großen Parklücken, nur schwer erkennen.

Die Betten waren, unerwartet, schon bezogen . Und es sind nun auch Sofadecken für die Gäste vorhanden, die konnten wir in diesem Jahr gut gebrauchen ;-) Immer wieder sehr schön in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und hatte alles was wir benötigt haben. Nur der Parkplatz war extrem eng und dadruch das links daneben noch Sträucher waren konnte ma nur sehr beengt einsteigen. Die Lösung wäre wenn die Sträucher weg wären, dann könnte man zumindest noch gut ein und aussteigen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und perfekt gelegen. Der Blick vom Balkon auf Yachthafen und Kirchsee hat uns jeden Tag begeistert. Die technische Ausstattung bekommt nur eine 3 da es verschiedene kleine Mängel gibt: 1. Die Position der Dusche war nicht stabil, sondern "wanderte" beim duschen and die Wand. Sie musste von uns provisorisch mit einem Klebehaken und einem Bändsel stabilisiert werden. 2. Der Spühlkastentaster der Toilette klemmte manchmal und musste dann manuell zurückgestellt werden. 3. Das Scart-Kabel des DVD-Players passte nicht richtig. Es saß locker (Wackelkontakt) und konnte nicht fixiert werden. 4. Scharfe Schälmesser wären hilfreich. 5. Wir als Teetrinker haben eine saubere Teekanne vermisst, die keinen Kaffegeschmack im Tee hinterlässt. Wir werden trotzdem gerne wiederkommen, denn die Lage, die Aufteilung der Wohnung und der Ausblick haben uns für die kleinen Mängel entschädigt. Auch die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und gemütlich.

Super Unterkunft und Lage. Noch schöner wäre es, man könnte den Schlüssel bei Abreise einfach in der Wohnung lassen. Die Abgabe am Büro ist ohne Auto und am Sonntag leider sehr umständlich.
