"The hotel was very nice, clean and very comfortable. We stayed for two nights with our 13 year old Son for a basketball tournament and it was a great location. -I work in customer service and one item that could have improvement would have been when we checked in. We arrived January 31st at approximately 10pm. We were not greeted by anyone. We walked to the check in counter as there were two workers at the desks talking. I didn’t want to interrupt and stood there for at least a minute or two before I said hello. The conversation was not work related. The male was a Manager (Nicky) and I was unable to see the females name. I gave all of the ratings a score of excellent as I know how important the survey responses can be and it wasn’t a concern to me. Just something to work on for improved customer service. Thank you. "

"The room was very nice, fresh and clean. Our only challenge was with managing the temperature. The room was far too warm for sleeping, but still worth a 5-star rating. Also, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel is very nice."

"My husband and I booked here because our granddaughter and her sports team were staying here and we wanted to be close to our family. The reviews were horrifying and we were quite nervous about booking here. Check in was super fast. We were on the second floor and I am happy to say the room was nice, and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice evening. The heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy and the breakfast was ok. We did not see the pool so i cannot comment on that. We would stay again. "
