"The property has an excellent view of the city and surrounding area, and the drive up to the hotel is spectacular. The lobby, pool, restaurant and other amenities are also flawless in design and cleanliness. The cleanliness of the rooms however was lacking, bugs everywhere on the floors and the carpet they choose in many areas is an eyesore to look at. This was our biggest gripe with the property, everything was a 5 Star level including the friendliness of staff and helpfulness of the valet,...

"Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way. Well set up for a short or long stay, with all the comforts of home including the sparkling-clean pool and hot tub. Communicative host. No issues at all from check-in to check-out. Great pools, easy to park, 40 minutes from Palms springs tram, close enough for Joshua Tree trips. 3 bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Lazy River, hot tub pools! Kid pool is great for toddlers! "This place is special. I brought 17 of my leadership team to the ranch to have an immersive and interactive meeting opportunity. The way the ranch is laid out, everyone had their own personal space but we also had space together indoors, and out, to cook, eat and meet together. While it’s a drive from the nearest airport, and the trains are frequent, the location is well worth it!"

"The location is fantastic- close to things we wanted to do and walking distance to target, Trader Joe’s and a few fast restaurants. The accommodations themselves were spacious and clean. Showers were huge and great. The living area is especially sunny and bright in the morning, fyi. But the grounds are beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
