"Great service all around"

"Do not reserve here over Mothers Day weekend if you’d like peace, quiet, clean and pool/hot tub time. Due to baseball league tournaments on the Space Coast they are inundated with young kids and families.. at times 10-16 kids in the hot tub. Beach was littered with their garbage, towels, random lost items. The staff was amazing and gracious- cleaning constantly but just unable to keep up. I have stayed here 6+ times and have loved every visit - this weekend was horrid though. Was never able to get even close to the hot tub or pool without screaming, splashing boys or eventually at late evening - then to dirty pool and water. Great spot for the teams to stay. I’ll avoid this hotel next time at all costs. And had to pay $7.00 with tip just to get a cup of coffee in the morning which used to complimentary. Love the location, timing was bad. Staff are wonderful!"

"The most adorable place to stay! The room was very spacious and super clean, had a kitchen, provided the basics, coffee pot with coffee provided, beach towels provided, chairs to take to the beach, lots of areas to sit outside, a guaranteed parking spot, and best of all just steps to the beach, which was quiet and not at all crowded!! "

"Staff was amazing. Unfortunately, my bathtub was full of hair and clearly was not cleaned. The pool is small and chairs fill up quickly. Overall though a decently priced hotel right on the beach."

"Coffee maker was filthy front desk replaced it immediately with a new one, the bathroom mirror lighting needed to be brighter, and there is peeling paint in the unit. Spectator oceanfront view and the staff provided excellent service. Check your receipt before leaving I was charged a breakfast that I didn’t have it was deducted after I complained no problem "

"This property is a real gem. Upon arrival when we opened the front door the view out the back towards the ocean was amazing. The place was very clean and well equipped. Between being right on the ocean, having a swimming pool, hot tub and our own pickleball court we were hard pressed to find a reason to leave. The location is great with grocery stores, shopping and restaurants all in close proximity. The owner was also very easy to deal with and provided lots of information about the property and local area. We loved our stay and you will too !"

"This house is perfect at the end of a cute little neighborhood. We had six people in our group and the house still felt very spacious. The setup is amazing! - it’s a U shaped house built around the private pool area. So 2 of the 3 bedrooms have French doors that open to the pool, in addition to, the large French doors in the common space. Extremely clean and the host has everything you need for meals. Also has other thoughtful things like several beach chairs, a few beach towels, sand toys and umbrellas. Beach is a short walk across the street. During busy times, crossing A1A can be hard. However there is a crosswalk a few hundred feet down the sidewalk that lets you easily cross adding only a few minutes to total walk to the beach (maybe 5-7 min total walk to beach). Beach is beautiful! The host is very friendly and responsive with any questions. Loved this house - Will definately book this house again next time we come to Florida. I already miss it! "
