"About the third or fourth time we stayed here. The house is always clean along with the heated pool. Me and my wife spent a week for my birthday looking forward for next year get away. The house is close to everything, beach, restaurants & shopping. Quiet neighborhood that you feel safe in. Thanks the Ryan’s"

"Do not reserve here over Mothers Day weekend if you’d like peace, quiet, clean and pool/hot tub time. Due to baseball league tournaments on the Space Coast they are inundated with young kids and families.. at times 10-16 kids in the hot tub. Beach was littered with their garbage, towels, random lost items. The staff was amazing and gracious- cleaning constantly but just unable to keep up. I have stayed here 6+ times and have loved every visit - this weekend was horrid though. Was never able to get even close to the hot tub or pool without screaming, splashing boys or eventually at late evening - then to dirty pool and water. Great spot for the teams to stay. I’ll avoid this hotel next time at all costs. And had to pay $7.00 with tip just to get a cup of coffee in the morning which used to complimentary. Love the location, timing was bad. Staff are wonderful!"
