"Do not reserve here over Mothers Day weekend if you’d like peace, quiet, clean and pool/hot tub time. Due to baseball league tournaments on the Space Coast they are inundated with young kids and families.. at times 10-16 kids in the hot tub. Beach was littered with their garbage, towels, random lost items. The staff was amazing and gracious- cleaning constantly but just unable to keep up. I have stayed here 6+ times and have loved every visit - this weekend was horrid though. Was never able to get even close to the hot tub or pool without screaming, splashing boys or eventually at late evening - then to dirty pool and water. Great spot for the teams to stay. I’ll avoid this hotel next time at all costs. And had to pay $7.00 with tip just to get a cup of coffee in the morning which used to complimentary. Love the location, timing was bad. Staff are wonderful!"

"Staff was amazing. Unfortunately, my bathtub was full of hair and clearly was not cleaned. The pool is small and chairs fill up quickly. Overall though a decently priced hotel right on the beach."

"Infested with gnats. I spent the first day buying traps so I could sleep at night. Property is on a busy street and the master bedroom faces the road. Also a block away from the train tracks. Also not the best area, If you sleep through anything this is for you. flooring is cracked at what looks like a foundation issue in the main hallway. A little unsettling no pun intended. You get what you pay for in this situation. Owner was responsive though regarding wifi password and helpful. "

"Quiet, clean"

"The townhouse was perfect in every way for our stay. It is clean and bright and nicely decorated. Cute touches that I was excited for my family to see. The kitchen was well equipped and had a lot of extras. The bedrooms were comfortable and the shower in the master bedroom is huge. We loved the view of the river and saw a dolphin and manatees. The location was just a short drive to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Steve, the host, was welcoming and provided great communication. He obviously takes pride in his property. "

"This is such a cute, funky, boho cottage and was super cozy. The hosts were great about staying in contact and were very sweet to communicate with during the stay. This is definitely a pet-friendly place, with lots of fun reminders of that in every nook. The Alexa and handbook were very cool touches, so it was easy to both check in and check out. Only a couple of minor things to mention: first, and this is more of a personal issue, there was either an air freshener or potpourri that seemed very pungent to me. I'm not usually sensitive to such things, and again, the place was very clean.The other was that the neighbors were a bit noisy late at night, although I’m happy to say that, as Kara mentioned when I asked, I did not hear the trains roll by overnight.This was a really good stay, as much as anything. The responsiveness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated during the visit."
