"I didn't realize they were under renovation. The hot water took over 10 minutes to get hot. They had a crazy guy walking around with his middle finger pointed at me they told me he had been there for two weeks so I gather this is a place that people come for maybe weeks at a time there were no amenities, but if you're talking about bath gel that was there that's all the amenities oh, I did forget to mention the noise as if someone was moving furniture"

"The room was well kept & clean but had a really strong smell of Mold for some odd reason. My husband & i tried to see where the mold was coming from but no signs physically showing. The hotel itself was definitely quiet & family friendly. Would maybe consider to go back when visiting Melbourne again."

"Once I arrived to the property, I was disappointed when I walked inside. It didn't look like the pictures online( or the high reviews, either) when I made the reservation online. It looked somewhat outdated, and could use a renovation. Also, I didn't realize before booking that it was carpeted through out. I don't like staying at properties that have carpet in the hallways, and especially in the rooms. Those properties usually have an odor, or sometimes a lingering unpleasant scent after a period of time; just like this property has! When I walk in a hotel, I don't want to smell anything- pleasant or unpleasant! No scents please, only fresh air! I asked for another room, because of the scent in the room, and Colleen at the front desk went out of her way for me( above and beyond her job description ), to personally look for a room that didn't have a loud scent! I want to smell fresh air, only! The next room was better, but still had a scent/odor, too. The rooms were clean, but looked cheap/outdated, and they didn't make it easy to use their Wi-Fi. Very limited tv channels, but that was minor for me, because I don't watch a lot of tv. For the price I paid, I have stayed at better hotels. I regretted not going with another hotel that I looked at, first. The breakfast was really good, not a huge selection to choose from, but adequate. Colleen at the front desk was professional, genuinely friendly and kind! Barbara, at the front desk, (during checkout) was very nice and helpful. "

"Immaculate room. Great staff. Good quality breakfast. The pool-patio area was lovely. We picked up food and wine at the Publix across the street and ate on the patio both nights."
