"Beautiful apartment and friendly staff. Problem with TV and it was sorted out quickly. While the address was given, there was a small problem in finding the flat (two building entrances and the apartment number was not listed on the email) and in reaching anyone as it was a Sunday. (We extended a day and were locked out, again had trouble reaching staff, who are were very nice when we took the time to visit the office, but we rated Service as average as it seemed more training might have...

"Perfect location near a couple of the finest restaurants, near train and bus stations. Short walk to tourist locations and restaurants. The stairs were a bit hard for an oldster like me but my daughter had no issues. Will stay again. "

"Misleading advertising. Great dining room and kitchen fully equipped for cooking except missing the stove. Big disappointment. "

"The location was great. Unfortunately there was only one comfortable (two person) couch. The plumbing was a real problem, one of the bathrooms had a plugged toilet when we arrived. The problem was dealt with quickly - thank you. After it was cleared we chose not to use it. A smell endured from that bathroom for the remainder of our stay."
