This 15 m² small studio with sea view is particularly suitable for individuals who spend most of their stay exploring the beautiful island but who would also like to cook a little something in the room. It is on the first floor facing the country road (multiple glazing). The 80 cm wide bed is very generous for one person, and there is also a table with two comfortable chairs. The built-in closet offers enough space for the clothes you have brought with you. Simple dishes can be prepared in the kitchenette. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower. The flat screen Tv has satellite reception with around 450 international channels - including Bbc World and Cnn - as well as local reception with common Spanish Tv channels by switching on the remote control (international movies on most of the Spanish Tv channels can be switched to the original language). You can also ask for free Netflix. Of course, the large communal roof-terrace can also be used. Our house got glass fibre internet connection and at all of the accommodations as well as at the roof-terrace there is very good working wifi-connection.

These smart rural apartments are in a 200 years old manor-house with typical patio, rambled stairs and a big sun terrace with excellent views to the mountains and the Atlantic ocean. The house is an example of Canarian architecture. It was completely reconstructed by the year 2002 and again renovated in 2011, conserving his original Canarian style.

The famous dragontree and the city center are aprox. 800 meters away. Nearby there is also one of the biggest volcanic caves of the world (the Cueva del Viento). The next beach (the Playa de San Marcos) with several bars and restaurants is only 3.5 km away.
