Die Lage am Rande des Dorfes ganz oben von El Amparo ist ideal für Urlauber die es ruhig und beschaulich wollen. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderschön gestaltet mit den Basaltsteinen , dem Holz und den vielen Pflanzen. Der Name Romanz passt für das Haus völlig.Die Straße zum Anwesen ist etwas abenteuerlich mit dem Auto zu befahren (sehr schmal und sehr Steil) für Menschen die das nicht gewohnt sind. Das war für uns aber kein Problem. Bei wolkenlosem Himmel hat man eine Blick auf die Spitze des Teide und in der Nähe des Holzschuppens oder oben am Zaun auf Icod und dem Meer. Rund herum sind lauter kleine landwirtschaftliche Anwesen und/oder Gärten mit kleinen Häuschen das auch ein ländliches Feeling hervorruft.
