The beautiful property is nestled within Mediterranean greenery and boasts a view of the sea and the mountains. The light-flooded apartment Granito consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. A baby cot, a highchair and a first aid kit can also be provided upon request. There is also a washing machine available for your use, which is shared with the guests of 3 other apartments. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private open terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals outside in the fresh air. There is also a communal outdoor area, which is shared with the guests of 7 other properties and includes a pool (open all year round), a beautiful garden, a parking area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here you will also find a shared jacuzzi. Within a 6-minute drive you will reach restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket. The beautiful beaches of Playa de la Gaviotas and Playa de Santo Domingo also await your visit a 7-minute drive from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. The communal spaces should not be used between and 22:00 and 7:00\. People who are not guests are strictly forbidden to enter the property. No visitors can be received as no more occupants can be declared with respect to the guests of the reserve. Die Finca ist durch den grossen, geschmackvoll angelegten Garten und die Lage (von der Terrasse aus hatten wir Blick auf dem Teide, das Meer und die Bananenplantagen!) wunderschoen. Der Grillplatz im Garten ist perfekt. Das Appartment ist sehr nett eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Das Dorf ist auch bestens gelegen: Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten und schoene Straende - eher von Einheimischen als von Touristen besucht - sind schnell zu erreichen. Hier kann man die "richtige" Insel Tenerifa entdecken... Genau so gut ist der Empfang: Roberto ist der perfekte Gastgeber, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollte man kein oder wenig Spanisch sprechen ist es auch kein Problem.
