"We really enjoyed our time in our static bus. The views of the mountain were superb, and it was nice to be able to walk some way up the side of it, to about 150 m. I could have gone higher if I was suitably equipped. The bus itself was well equipped, though the kettle took a long time to boil. We planned our hot drinks well in advance. Linda was very helpful and supplied a bowl to do the dishes as there was no stopper in the sink. The toilets and showers were close by and worked very...

"Hlid Hut was an amazing stay. Spectacular views, comfortable huts that were warmer than I expected. Facilities were the best of any campsite we've ever stayed at. The shower was the best we had of any camp & of many hotels. Highly recommend 11/10"

"had a great stay at the yurts, our host did a great job giving us instructions on how to get in and how the yurt and bathroom work. he was very kind and we had great chats with him.He made us a lovely breakfast which he delivered on time at the time of our choosing, and it made a nice relaxing morning for us. i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"
