The hotel was very clean, the check in process was smooth, and Ayla went above and beyond during checkout to make sure I made it to my flight on time. "Good location, nice property, convenient to walk for shopping and dining. Room was nice and adequate, our only issue was there was a narrow tub in restroom with a shower pointed from one side. There was a hinged glass partition separating the shower from the commode. Problem was, the glass naturally stopped in a position outside of the tub. This made it difficult to impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. We asked for a solution to this and front desk said they would send someone to correct it, but nothing changed. We ended up wedging a hairbrush to hold the glass within the boundary of the tub and still had a decent amount of water escape."
