Whitehorse Mountain Retreat - Hot tub - Fireplace

"Great cabin and location. Really does not have AC. The loft freestanding unit is not even exhausted outside. Lucky for us the previous 90 degree temperatures were back down in the high 60 low 70 range. Could use a mini split AC unit. Would still rent again but wait until the fall. Overall loved the cabin."

Wonderful solo retreat spot

"I wanted a quiet spot to reconnect with self and nature, and this place not disappoint. The scenery and river view were fantastic for meditation and day dreaming. The cabin was cozy and clean. The stair case up to the bed was a really tight squeeze, so I left most of my belongings downstairs. Bring wood to make a fire. I was fortunate enough somone left a few pieces behind. I look forward to returning again!"

Better than the photos

"Staying at the sea container has been on my bucket list for a while now since I saw the treehouse. I was able to book a night in the middle of the week for a mini getaway. It was just my cat hot dog and I. It was perfect! Heated floors, beautiful fireplace. Amazing giant sauna with beautiful views of the river. My own personal steam room in the shower. Hot tub on the roof. Amazing trails to wander on. My only regret is I wish I had stayed longer. Nick was wonderful with communication and I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation. Worth every penny!"

Jaybird Retreat: 2 cozy cottages, riverfront & mountain views from hot tub

Beautiful location

"The property is wonderful. The views are great and it is nice to be so close to the river. The landscaping is also really pretty. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need. Though the house itself is a little run down, it is very comfortable and inviting. The biggest issue we had was that the water sometimes came out in only a little more than a trickle, making it harder to wash dishes, shower, etc. It did always work though, so as long as you have some patience for that and aren't looking for a sparkling, brand new looking property, this place is perfect. "

Magical Getaway

"Pictures were extremely accurate. All communication was done over the app, made the entire process easy and peaceful. Such a cozy place. We went in early May (which can be spciy with weather), but we got a beautiful week. The time period also allowed for limited bugs, wonderful hiking weather, and zero neighbors. Without a doubt, would stay here again!"

Excellent Space!

"We stayed for our 6th year wedding anniversary. Quaint and cozy space, it was a delight to just unwind Highly recommend leaving the windows open as the constant roar of the river is so calming. Great cooking space, as it was open and made the place feel more spacious. Hot tub is grand."

Dreamy Location

"Beautiful home and such a dreamy location. You can’t beat the sounds of the river and nature right in the back yard. We really appreciated the accommodations! The hot tub, fire pit, stocked kitchen, comfy beds and also the really good hot water were just the drop in the hat. Great trails nearby as well. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will be back! "
