I had a poison food. I was sick for more than 1 week. Rooms are not really cozy. Pool area was good. Green areas very well mantained.

Issues with the internet connection, nobody available to figure out the problem, I used my cell phone data for several hours. No USB ports to charge your cellphones. The staff did not tell you must pay for all water/soft drink bottles of the fridge. The good think was the swimming pool, my daughter enjoyed it.

I booked the double-bed room when having dinner at the restaurant near the hotel. The front desk lady was pretty but made us feel unwelcome. After giving us the key, she did not show us how to get our room and not mention the second day breakfast info. Overall the hotel is pretty and big with farmland by the dune. It's nice to walk around on the trail. Breakfast is good. The swimming pool is big.

It is a great family hotel to go with kids. Beautiful grounds, many activities for children and teens, great food, and it has a sand dune right on the grounds to do sandboarding. We loved it!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was kind and always available to help. Plenty to do for the kids within the hotel and they also offer amazing options of activities outside the hotel.

A wonderful time - wish we could've stayed more!
We had an amazing stay at Las Dunas and wish we could've stayed more than 1 night! The kids loved the water slide and water playground. The food was delicious at the restaurant at night - the buffet looked delicious but we were too full to eat a buffet. And the poolside bar had delicious food! The best poolside bar food I've ever had - the taquenos 4 ways were delicious - Aji de Gallina in a taquito - genius!! We also really enjoyed the show at night - a fun decades themed trivia night. The staff were very attentive and we had a wonderful time!

We had a great experience at Las Dunas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean The hotel premises are very nice, with a great pool area. The Restaurant on the terrace offers a buffet and “A la Carte” dishes. Good quality food and good staff/servers. I highly recommend Las Dunas hotel for anyone visiting Ica-Peru. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Staff wasn’t that friendly, they required masks and I asked the front desk girl if she could give me one and she refused. Then we asked them to print out boarding passes and she made me sign in to the business center and print them myself. For a 4 star hotel the service was like I was staying in a hostel. The rooms are big but not that nice.

The receptionist was very rude and treated us like she didn't care about us. She gave us a room very far away from the pool. The hotel was not full at all or crowded. Nothing special for the amount paid.
