I thought it was an adults only resort but it was not. I came as a solo traveler and apperantly its also a good spot for a solo traveler but i was a bit sketched out. I ALWAYS keep my door sign on the PRIVACY sign and some how after i step out it was flipped over to the other side a few times. When i ran down to security he was too busy flirting with girls instead of being attentive so at that point I didnt even feel safe saying anything and had been on edge the entire stay.

Llevo más de 15 años viajando por el mundo, y nunca me había tocado que pidieran depósito por una plancha! Lamentablemente no llevaba efectivo, eso no me sucedió en Barcelona, Mallorca o Ibiza. El internet se fue 1 día en mi cuarto, aunque lo intentaron solucionar! El gel de baño estaba vacío y aunque lo reporte, no lo solucionaron. El personal a de recepción, normal, nunca fueron groseros, pero no eran muy atentos! Los elevadores ya viejos, sin mantenimiento, tomaba mucho tiempo. Los meseros del club bien, pero con la misma cultura, parece que no disfrutan su trabajo!

I had a great three-night stay in Ibiza. The hotel was perfectly located, close to the clubs and nightlife, while still being quiet enough when it was time to recharge. The front desk team was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, it met all my expectations and made the stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We came here thinking this would be a fun- activity filled stay. The opposite is true. The pool is closed early. At 7pm. While Ibiza is known as a party island…there is no follow through by staff for people screaming, drinking excessively all night and being completely unruly. I am not hard to please. But it leaves a lot to be desired. I can say that Everything was clean. Staff was lovely…but you can hear conversations through the walls in your room. We listened to a group of 20-something’s puking and partying in the room next to us. Playing loud music. Banging on walls. Running up and down the halls yelling and banging on doors. Every night of our stay. And it was not exclusive just to our hall. The beach was dirty. And not a space where you want to lounge, which can be misleading by the photos. The red sunbeds cost $100 euro for one day. Per person. Which is also misleading by the photos. We paid $3800 to stay for 5 nights and wish we had stayed somewhere else. If you stay here, just keep your expectations at the level of holiday inn. Not exaggerating.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr klein, unsauber und extrem hellhörig. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich. Der Pool war viel zu tief und extrem dreckig. Das positivste war das Essen. Alles in allem ok.

Als wir im Zimmer ankamen, gab es weder Shampoo noch Handseife. Die Bettwäsche und die Kissen waren verschmutzt und das gesamte Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es vor unserer Ankunft gar nicht gereinigt wurde. Ich musste direkt nach dem Einchecken selbst sauber machen. Auch das sogenannte All-Inclusive-Angebot war eine große Enttäuschung. An der Rezeption fragte ich nach Getränken für das Zimmer und bekam lediglich die Antwort: „Die müssen Sie selbst kaufen.“ Außerdem waren viele alkoholische Getränke trotz All Inclusive nicht enthalten. Da stellt sich die Frage: Was ist daran bitte All Inclusive? Die Liegen am Strand mussten ebenfalls extra bezahlt werden – bei einem Hotelpreis von über 100 € pro Nacht finde ich das absolut unangemessen. Der Großteil des Personals war leider sehr unfreundlich. Viele Mitarbeiter trugen auf ihren T-Shirts eine englische Flagge als Hinweis auf Englischkenntnisse, konnten sich jedoch kaum auf Englisch verständigen. Das größte Problem war jedoch die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch das gesamte Hotel wirkten ungepflegt und teilweise wirklich ekelhaft. Mehrmals fanden wir sogar Haare im Essen – das geht gar nicht. Ein weiteres großes Ärgernis waren die Aufzüge. Einer war ständig außer Betrieb, sodass man teilweise 10–15 Minuten warten musste. Zudem war im Aufzug keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Falls man dort stecken geblieben wäre, wäre das äußerst unangenehm gewesen.

Struttura nuova, perfetta. Con docce post check out molto comode. Unica nota negativa, le camere potevano essere più pulite, all arrivo non era stata fatta una pulizia ottimale. Per il resto, ottimo!

Our stay was pleasant. Our room was basic, it had the large bed, bathroom and the view from the balcony was blocked by a wall. We had a very small view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast had tons of variety. The food was descent. The pool is a good size, many people were there early to grab chairs. The beach area is small, rocky. Bring swimming shoes to avoid small pebbles. Restaurants walkable distance from hotel. As well as access to taxis. Overall my stay was good. If highly recommend you get your international license if you plan to rent a car, motorcycle etc.

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche auf dem Zimmer war katastrophal. Hier musste das Wasser erst 5 Minuten laufen um eine teilweise angenehme Temperatur zu erreichen. Wir waren 6 Tage vor Ort - und am Frühstücksbüffet gab es so gar keine Änderung. Wichtig scheint hier das englische Frühstück zu sein - wenn man drauf steht, dann ist es der Himmel auf Erden. Die Lage ist gut, alles wichtige ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Pool ist sehr klein, immerhin ist das Hotel direkt am Meer. Das Personal war freundlich, obwohl sich hier ein deutlicher Eindruck vom Upselling breit macht. Für alle die überlegen - lieber etwas mehr ausgeben, und in einem Palladium Hotel übernachten, die sind deutlich besser.
