"Ideal location set close to train station and temple.
Staff helpful, one spoke good English.
Hotel is in dire need of re-furbishment. Comfy mattress, decent aircon, WiFi adequate.
Decor not great, old fashioned. Toilet and shower desperately needs refurb. Was clean but old stains remain that can’t be removed from cleaning."

"It was really a nigjtmare to stay in the Germanus hotel in madhurai..it was quite opposite for wht was seen in the hotel.com..service and the condotion of the hotel was terrible..Dnt knw why its bn charged so high..with such a gud rating..trying to uplad the pics of the hotel bt they r not uploading"

Our Room had a big cockroach and the owner Dinesh told us it could have came from our baggage from my home Country.
We arrived few days ago.
