The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. "Excellent location with underground parking attached to the property. Incredibly helpful staff - particularly when we had an issue with our room which was solved very swiftly. The sauna on the roof was amazing, and can highly recommend the breakfast which is one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel."

"We had a great stay! We had to have two separate rooms for the 5 of us, but they kept us close together. Rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! We were close to everything we wanted to see in Hamburg! We walked all over the city. Would stay here again, for sure."

"Great location! Sweet and helpful staff. Only downside was that we were attending a wedding and the lighting in the room was not amenable for makeup 🙈 Also, for people with allergies, check for a room without carpeting. Otherwise a lovely stay!"

"Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"
