This hotel is exactly what I expected from an eTap. It was functional, which was all we wanted, as we arrived on a late flight and planned to leave early in the morning. The only bad things were the slightly confusing self-entry machine, and the fact that whoever cleaned the room, missed the bottle of lubricant on the heater. For this reason, it gets a 1 for cleanliness.
If you don't have high expectations about this very budget hotel, you probably won't be disappointed, but I certainly wouldn't want to stay there for a week!
