View was amazing. Only problem was that the thermostat in the room was fake and did nothing to control the room temperature. Not fair to stay in a 5 star hotel and not be able to control your own room temperature. All furniture and interior design are modern and comfortable. But when I arrived at the hotel very lately due to heavy snow, the receptionist's English isn't that good and they told me my reservation cannot be found in their system even though I paid all in advance. The attitude of employees on the desk needs to be trainned more customer friendly. One thing is, the breakfast buffet was too much Chinese food.
