Clean room to stay for a night or two. There was a cigarette smell coming from the upstairs hallway which was unpleasant. Convenient location with lots of dining options around and within walking distance. Ample parking spot. Easy check in and out.

Staff was friendly and building was recently renovated. The renovations were done quickly. The bathroom tiles were loose and grout broken. Shower had mold. Overall ok and good price, but could use a bit better upgrades.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, the room gave me vibes from when we would go on hockey tournaments but they clearly are in the process of upgrading the hotel and rooms just they didn’t have a ton in the way of amenities.

It's certainly not the Ritz-Carlton in terms of luxuries/amenities but the property appeared recently refurbished and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff (though limited) were friendly and courteous. Would be happy to stay again for the same price point.

The hotel is a renovated older hotel, but has been renovated well. They even replaced the electrical switches and switch plates. It drives me nuts when hotels renovate and leave 30 year old yellowed switch plates. It’s great value, even for a Comfort inn. The location was perfect as there are restaurants, an LCBO and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Maybe the best perk is they don’t serve the typical crappy hotel breakfast, but give you a $5 voucher to apply at the Stacked restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff were super friendly and refunded our unused portion of our booked room when we had to cut our trip short. We didn’t even have to ask. This will be my first choice in Bracebridge moving forward.
