Access also the rear garden of the property is via the back bedroom. Please note the landlady of the property lives in the upstairs of the house with separate bedroom , bathroom and kitchen. The only shared area is the entrance main door into the house with then a separate entrance to stairs to the upstairs landlady\`s property. This property consists of 2 well sized ground floor bedrooms 1 king & 1 small double at a quite location close to the junction of Beverley Road and Cottingham Road. Hull City centre is only a 10 min drive away and the vibrant, bohemian culture of Princes Avenue 5 minutes away.
