"I arrived at the location and the security guard who answered said there was no reservation for me. Said that they could not help and to find something else "

"The owner was super easy to communicate with, and the place was nicer than the pictures! We had trouble with the wifi at first, but he swooped in the same day to fix it. The only downside was it got kinda hot in the rooms. The windows only opened a bit so it was hard to get a breeze. Thankfully he provided fans! "

"The property was safe and in a great location. The security personnel are great at enforcing safety precautions. The building is nice and located near all kinds of shops. Parque La Mexicana is beautiful and safe to walk through at any time of the day. The views from the room are also great as this room overlooks the park. We had a few concerns with the property though. One of the bedroom window curtains that block the sun was missing, so we were woken up early by the incoming bright light....

"El lugar es muy seguro, tranquilo, no había ninguna otra cosa rentada, entonces toda la alberca fue para nosotros y el área del chapoteadero está climatizada, las habitaciones cómodas, así que las recomiendo ampliamente sobretodo si el plan es ir a relajarte "

Mala información por parte de Hoteles.com respecto a que de la Propiedad se comunicarían 72 hrs antes para informar sobre el ingreso y NO es Así!!! Recién el Mismo día lo comunican! Tampoco hay información de que se debe dejar un DEPÓSITO de $2000. Falta higiene y limpieza en áreas Comunes de Alberca, jacuzzis y Gym, nadie barre ni limpia las constantes Cenizas que caen durante todo el día, común en...
